In the event that your account is terminated or cancelled, no refund will be granted.

Fees paid for the subscription of our Premium listing service are paid in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part.

SydneyWeb reserves the right to immediately terminate your account in its absolute discretion for any reason, in particular when you breach our Terms and Conditions or any other relevant conditions, disclaimers or notices appearing on the Site and in this event no refunds will be made.
